Walking for More than 5 kilometers - people using a bypass on
Gaza Beach instead of the main road which is blocked by tanks and
bulldozers

B ulldozers are closing the main road of Gaza Strip by sand
obstructions

7 buildings were demolished, one man was injured and another was killed in Khanyounis City under very intensive shelling by Apache helicopters. Eyewitnesses in the area said that 20 tanks and bulldozers invaded the area and began shelling the area by massive shelling from all parts of Barbakh district in the camp. Hasan Al Astal, an 18 year old girl was killed later on in a similar incursion.

In Gaza City also, a group of masked people tried to assassinate the head of the Palestinian intelligence services Tarek Abu Rajab, while on his way to his office in Al Sudania area in Gaza, where his two jeeps were shot at. Two of Abu Rajab's bodyguards were killed in that attack, in addition to an injury that Abu Rajab himself sustained, and he transferred to a hospital in Jerusalem for surgical treatments.

The Palestinian Authority condemned the attack and considered it a way of damaging the Palestinian Authority and it's leaders.

Gaza Strip is again divided by military checkpoints and all the cros sing points are closed including the Rafah crossing which is considered the main and only place for citizens to get out to the world.Bulldozers were on the streets, creating blockades and blocking the roads with sand, and digging holes in the streets to make it difficult for cars and taxis to move between the Palestinian cities and camps. As a result of that people began using another bypass on the beach which is consider very dangerous as well.

That step came a few days before the start of schools and Universities, which means more and more thousands of students, will have to wait at checkpoints and to use other ways instead of the main roads.

Israel media said this air strike targetted a Hamas militant leader, Ahmed Al Jabari, who was slightly injured in his leg.

A firefighter was injured during the shelling that targeted a batteries factories in Gaza City that belonged to Al Riashi family in Gaza later in the night.

Blood is everywhere. This is Gaza Strip. 15 people were injured when apache warplanes shelled a group of families who were gathering during an Israeli incursion in Khanyounis Camp. Medical sources at Naser hospital said that 15 people arrived at the hospital, one of them seriously injured..

Apaches shelling took place during the incursion that erased what remained from the rubble of the demolished houses in the high tower area in Khanyounis. T he apaches also shelled unknown areas at the Western Camp of Khanyounis , and withdrew in the early morning leaving damaged in the infrastructure especially t o electricity providers.

Beit Hanoun: nothing is there but demolished buildings, demolished trees, demolished cars, streets and so much damage to the infrastructure. The Israeli troops withdrew from that City after 37 days of daily shelling and shooting.

Beit Hanoun City was home to various kinds of agricultural products such as strawberry, citrus and flowers, and it is considered Gaza Strip’s most fertile lands. Being destroyed that way by the Israeli occupation forces makes it now difficult for tha t City to contribute to the already weak Palestinian economy.

In an interview by phone with one of the local citizens Amer Zanin, he said: "We were forced to leave our homes under the power of guns, and these were the worst days for our family."

Also eyewitnesses from the area say that there was a Palestinian lady who was injured while breast-feeding her baby who also seriously injured. This was all one day before the withdrawal from the area..

Counting the number of the dead in Northern Gaza Strip is not an easy task. Niam Sahlul (45) was killed by the bullets of the Israeli settlers. She was guilty of staying in her home.

"They should leave immediately," an angry man said when two Palestinian ministers visited the area to see the damage. The people didn’t welcome them and forced them to leave the area, as the people alleged that those ministe rs didn’t do anything to support the damaged area during the incursion.

The governor of Beit Hanoun Dr.Abdelrahamn Hamad said: "Demolishing Beit Hanoun is a catastrophe, and the Israeli occupation insisted on demolishing the only remaining source that brings vegetables
to Gaza Strip's markets. Re-planting Beit Hanoun demolished agricultural plots needs at least 10 years to replant as it used to do before."

Hamad appealed to the Palestinian Authority to find a way to support the families who had lost their agricultural land and trees that is considered as the only source for those poor farmers.

The Israeli military forces divided Gaza Strip into three parts with a new militanry point that is closed with sand near Netzarim settlement.

Walking on the thick sand on Gaza beach is the only way for thousands of people to move around instead of the main road which is blocked.. People are getting really frustrated walking nearly 5 Kilometers to get from one place to the next. The sand is very thick, and it was very difficult to run when the apaches came and shot at people as they walked on the beach of Gaza.

The sun is burning and the weather is very hot... long hours walking... An old lady walked for some few minutes and then sat for a few others to catch her breath. People passed her... and she sat down and cried: "Isn't there any other way than this thick sand?!" And for sure, the answer was the same when people used to answer her: "God Help You and give you the energy Haja."

This is the hell, or what they called Gaza Strip, everyday suffering, every day pain, and you still don’t know what gifts of the Israelli Army will be for you the next morning..

In the same context, tens of denims planted with grapes, olives, oranges and all kinds of vegetables were demolished by the soldiers.. A 13 years old boy volunteered to show me around his area about what had happened to his house, in his Gazian accent saying: "Here I used to sleep, here I my mother used to wash the crops and prepare it for the market. Why did they do this and demolish our trees?!" he asked the camera.

"Is our message getting delivered to the world?!" says one of the framers who was tired with being interviewed by journalists and without having any actual change in his life or of those around him.

In Khany unis, the Israeli soldiers killed 14 year old Mohammed Khalafallah in his house. A nurse was
shot while he was working in the middle of Naser hospital. The medical sources say also that Rafat Isaa 39 year, was inured while working in the "Women and children section" at Naser hospital

14 year old Mohammed Khalafallah

This morning also , the soldiers began shooting Naser hospital in Khanyounis and 70 year old Mahmoud Shamou , and 46 year old Ibrahim Wadi were shot

It's 2 o'clock in the morning, the Israeli apaches are shelling Khanyounis during an incursion targeted the houses of the civilians.. 55 year old was killed so far.

"I got back to my house after the incursion and found it checked by soldiers and all the furniture destroyed, my gold and my money were all stolen," an old women living in her farm said today during the incursion near Netzarim Jews settlements. The number of the demolished houses in the last incursion increased to 8 buildings in Kizan Al Najjar area, Eastern Khanyounis, that came after 2
bulldozers and 10 tanks began invaded the camp from Morag Jewish settlement.

A 6 years old child from Zourb family was killed in Khanyounis during last night's shelling that targeted the buildings in Al Nimsawi area..

Eyewitnesses said: "The bu lldozers attacked the area in a late hour and began demolishing the houses without giving any reason or without giving the chance to get our documents and important things."

Beit Hanon, in the north of Gaza Strip, still the news are little over there due to lack of electricity and telecommunications, the area began in it's second month under Israeli siege.

An Israeli Apache warplane struck a car that was driving in Al Zaytoon area, Gaza City, and two people were killed and other bystanders injured..

Dr. Jumaa Al Saka, director of reception and emergency at Al Shifa hospital said: "Shreds of human flesh arrived at the hospital as a result of Apache shelling targetting a specific car, and we are not able to identify the dead."

Immediately, Islamic Jihad movements announced through loud speakers in Gaza Strip streets that the targeted people were two of their militant members: 27 year old Hazem Ibrahaim, and 25 year old, Rau'uf Abu Asie.

Both Jani Tal, and Navi Dekalim Jewish settlements participated in shooting at Nasser hospital in Khan Younis City, where 3 patients were injured in the hospital. Those are 9 year old girl Omayma Al Raay [shot in her right leg], 15 year old Baian Abu Al Said [shot in his waist area], and 15 year old Hamdi Al Salbi [sustained injuries throughout his body], and Ramadan Al Bauok [injured in his back].

Abdelsalam Abu Udah (24) works in one of the hospitals in Biet Hanoun which has been under siege for the fourth week in a row. Abu Udah was injured on his way to work.

The minister of health in Gaza, Dr. Al Taibi, condemned that action and said that the soldiers left Abu Udah bleeding several hours and did not permit ambulances to transfer him into the Kamal Edwan hospital..

An hour ago, Israeli Apaches shelled one of the buildings in Gaza City, and so far, three injured people arrived Al Shifa hospital following that airraid.

16 July 04

The ambulance drivers found it very difficult to get that body from under the rubble of the demolished building. 70 year old Mahmoud Khalfallah was found under the rubble of his house after Israeli Military Forces invaded Al Nimaswi Camp demolishing his house with their bulldozers and under a heavy shelling.

"My paralyzed husband is inside, stop please stop please!!!" His wife and daughter weren’t strong enough to lift his body or his wheelchair. His wife went out yelling to the soldiers and the driver of the bulldozer yelling but there was no response from the soldiers who went ahead and demolished the building.

In that same incursion more than 34 buildings where demolished. They had housed 255 people. Many other parts of the camp including the infrastructures of the camp were also demolished. In Gaza City in Al Zahra town, 4 resistance people were assassinated with a shell from the Israeli military tanks based near Netsarim settlements..

Two hundred olive trees were demolished, and 20 people were arrested in Beir Al Balah and Al Qarara areas. Many people were injured also in the same time incursion. Soldiers occupied some of the buildings destroyed their furniture. In an interview with Abu Aiad he said: "The soldiers asked us through loud speakers to carry our IDs and get out of our house into Al Radwan Mosque." They then proceeded to destroy everything.

In the north of Gaza Strip, in Beit Hanon, for the 19th day in a row, very heavy incursion is occurring and there is a blackout. No news and no coverage from that area.. People have lost all communication with others. The Israeli Forces shot at UN vehicles and lorries carrying food and water for the people under siege.

6 July 04

Gaza Strip is being shelled by apaches warplanes, and as usual the targeted areas are metal shops and civilians buildings, where more people are killed and injured.. Last night, Israeli Apaches shelled Al Nisurat refugee camp, in the middle of the Gaza Strip, leaving damaged buildings and many injured and
dead. One of those victims is 17 year old Adana Mansour.

Three buildings were completely burnt down by shelling at Khanyounis Camp after the heavy shelling from the Jewish settlement of Neve Dekalim, and some people were killed and injured in the camp..

In the North of Gaza Strip, the situation is still getting worse and according to eyewitnesses from the area, the Israeli Army is still surrounding it with snipers and heavy shelling.

In Jabalya camp in north Gaza Strip over 15 tanks and bulldozers invaded the area, and occupied one of the Palestinian National Forces buildings, eyewitnesses from the area said by phone..
